Breakfast Is Not The Most Important Meal Of The Day

There has never been a high quality clinical study that showed breakfast to be the most important meal of the day. Never.

There has never been a high quality clinical study any meal to be more or less important than any other meal. Suck it.

If you eat a bowl of shit for breakfast, you will fuck up your day. The fact that it's breakfast is meaningless.

If, however, you normally eat a shitty breakfast and then you improve the quality of your food, damn, now your breakfast is awesome. But then you eat a really shitty dinner, fuck up your sleep, feel like crap in the morning and guess what? Dinner is now the most important meal of the day.

If you know what you're eating and you eat well, what is important is the total nutrition you've consumed at the end of the day. If you have a massive pile of diverse veggies for lunch, take amino acid supplements, and then eat a fantastic dinner, you can probably get away with Bulletproof coffee as the only thing you eat/drink for breakfast.

But, you need to (say it with me) pay attention to your food. Have a plan. Understand your body. And if you do that, then fuck breakfast.
