The fine print:
- No money required
- Be in or be willing to drive to Frederick, MD
- A couple (husband and wife, etc.) may be a single entry
- Agree to a testimonial and a before & after upon completion
- If you quit before three months are up, you agree to draw a picture of a sad cat which I will then post online under your name

What I don't want:
- I don't want people looking for free stuff
- I don't want people who already have a fitness plan
- I don't want people who will quit
